Sudan | Kenneth Elisapana

Kenneth is a refugee from Sudan who fled to Egypt in 1992 because of the ongoing persecution of Christians in South Sudan. Kenneth’s dream is to train as a pastor and return to help his own people.

St Peter's has been and continues to be involved in making that dream a reality. Thanks to all who contribute to our Christmas appeals which raise thousands of pounds each year.

Church of South India | Diocese of Tirunelveli

Through the Diocese of Lincoln we are linked with the Diocese of Tirunelveli which is part of the Church of South India, a union of Anglican, Methodist, Congregational and Presbyterian churches. Our contacts there are Premkumar and his wife Ida.

As part of their mission to proclaim the Gospel of salvation “in every nook and corner and to every people group” in India, the Diocese is also committed to holistic ministry to individuals, seeking to meet their spiritual, intellectual, physical and social needs.
