Mission Partnerships

As a church we partner with Christian organisations who are passionate about sharing Jesus and seeing lives transformed by his love. We aim to support two local, two national and two international projects at a time by praying, and giving money.

The Joy Foundation is a Christian charity, working with children in local schools in Lincoln and beyond. They are passionate about seeing the love of Jesus shown to children through great quality collective worship, extra-curricular clubs, lessons including RE, PSHE, PE and Values & one-to-one mentoring.

Wycliffe Bible Translators‘ mission is to serve local partners worldwide as they bring God’s word to their communities in the language which speaks to them best. We particularly support Sarah Rose, a member of our congregation who works in their Eurasia team.

Christians Against Poverty has been providing free professional debt help through local churches across the UK since 1996. Their mission is to release people across the UK from poverty, to enable churches to help end poverty through their communities, and to encourage people to live with faith, actively served by their church.
GOOD NEWS for Everyone! serves to introduce others to the Lord Jesus Christ through the distribution of Scriptures in many different areas of life, most often Testaments, which include the New Testament, Psalms and Proverbs, but also copies of the full Bible.

Tearfund is a Christian international development charity with over 50 years of experience dedicated to ending extreme poverty. Working in more than 50 countries, Tearfund partners with local churches and organisations to respond to humanitarian crises, support community development, and advocate for justice. Through rapid disaster response, empowerment of local communities, and influencing policy change, Tearfund works to bring lasting transformation and hope to those in need.

Safe Families and Home for Good hope for a society where no family feels alone, and every child has a home where they can flourish, and they believe the Church is central to this vision. Safe Families and Home for Good empower families, equip churches, and influence systemic change.

Local partnerships

We also have longer-term local partnerships with several local Christian initiatives in our city.
